GULF COAST TRAINING – WEEK 4

Again – I wasn’t really aligned with last week’s schedule…only did a total of 9.5 miles of my scheduled 16 miles.  But I have a feeling the next few weeks I will be really strong!

This long run was a little bit more steady than last week…but I actually finished pretty strong!  Again with the super-fast last mile…not sure what that’s all about…but I’ll take it!
