Holiday Bootie Buster Challenge – Week 1

If you follow my blog, you may have noticed the new widget along the bottom: HBBC.  This stands for the 2011 Holiday Bootie Buster Challenge!  This challenge was designed by Run to the Finish to help inspire us to keep fit during the upcoming Holidays (November 19, 2011  – January 6, 2012)!  There are 3 groups you can assign yourself to – Builders, Doers, or Advanced – and rack up “points” for activities that you complete.  These points are accumulated and then you can be entered into drawings for prizes, such as clothing, books, gift cards, workout gear, etc.
