Hello and Happy New Year! I took a 10 day break over the Holidays – quickly got on to post my updates to the HBBC fitness challenge – took another 4 day break – and now I’m back to posting! And the break has fully refreshed me!
2011 was a year of change, growth, and new beginnings. I’m excited to see what 2012 brings, and I wish everyone a year of laughter, good fortune, and happiness.
