My fellow circuit-loving fanatics…I have a good one for you! One of last week’s training sessions was centered around Step Ups. If you are looking for a great way to feel the burn in your hamstrings and thighs, give this one a try!
Following a 20 minute warm-up on the elliptical, I completed the following workout – a circuit with 20 seconds of exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest. And let me tell ya…the added bit of jumping/stepping makes your heart rate skyrocket! Enjoy!
