I found last night’s workout on Pinterest:
It was an awesome workout, and the combinations got me sweating right off the bat. To be honest, the workout took longer than I thought. I looked at it and thought, “should be done in no time!” In reality, it was a WORKOUT! I tried to keep a steady and consistent pace during each exercise, with a 30 second break in between. I also took 1 minute after the first “set” to catch my breath (aka: jumping jacks, crunches, squats, leg lifts). Total time was 23 minutes for the exercises, and then I rounded out my workout with a 10 minute walk (instead of run).
