30-30-30 Workout

Another GREAT at-home circuit from Pinterest that I completed last week.  If you have 30 minutes to workout – you can easily complete this at home (or on the road!)   What you get:  30 exercises, 30 seconds each, 30 seconds rest in between.  (15 minutes exercise, 15 minutes rest!)  Just grab a set of dumbbells, water bottles, or resistance bands for the shoulder presses.  And I’m not real sure the source of the workout (it’s been floating in the Pinterest world)…but it’s a great one to add to your rotation!

  1. I don’t see where the 30 seconds of death is applied, this is a serious workout…make it a little harder by instead of 30 seconds of workout, make it 30 reps, 30 secs of rest…etc., it’s already hard enough…
