Hello again!  It’s time for my weekly fitness recap! (I somehow forgot to post this yesterday – oops!!!)

{ Jul 21 – Jul 27, 2014 }

  • Monday: Cardio: 4.5 mile walk, 3 mile run
  • Tuesday: Cardio: 3 mile walk, 45 min elliptical; Strength + Abs: Tone It Up: Upper Back & Shoulders
  • Wednesday: Cardio: 3 mile walk, 4.25 mile run (1 mile warm-up, 3×800 sprints w/400 walk in between, 1 mile cool-down)
  • Thursday: Cardio: 2 mile walk
  • Friday: Cardio: 2 mile walk
  • Saturday: Cardio: 3 mile walk, 6.35 mile stationary bike; Strength + Abs: Tone It Up: MaliBooty x2 & Sleek & Slender Abs x2
  • Sunday: Cardio: 3 mile walk

Walking – 20.5 miles
Biking – 6.35 miles
Elliptical – 5 miles
Running – 7.25 miles
Strength – 2 sessions

{ Notes From My Runs }

07.21 – Easy 3 miler planned – felt like 1&2 were strong and I had to push through 3.  Always fun to run by Chinatown and into East Village!  Went to end of path, then circled Prince’s Island Park to finish.

07.23 – Warm-up mile @6.0, 3×800 sprints @7.5 with 400 walk @4.5 in between. (HR:170, 156 / 191,164 / 190,164), cool-down mile @6.0.
