Hello again!  It’s time for my weekly fitness recap!

  • Monday: Cardio: 5 mile walk, 3.1 mile run
  • Tuesday: Cardio: 2 mile walk, 45 min elliptical
  • Wednesday: Cardio: 2 mile walk, The Zoo Run 5K
  • Thursday: Cardio: 2 mile walk
  • Friday: Cardio: 3 mile walk, 4.5 mile run, 5 mile walk
  • Saturday: Cardio: 4 mile walk, 2 mile run, 4.4 mile walk
  • Sunday: Cardio: 5 mile walk, 2 mile run, 1 mile walk

Walking – 33.4 miles
Biking – N/A
Elliptical – 5 miles
Running – 14.3 miles
Strength – N/A

{ Notes From My Runs }

07.28 – Super tough jog. 84* & 33% humidity. Cramp in right side at mike 1-1.5, finished steady.

07.30 – The Zoo Run. Supposed to be 5K fun run. A little bit unorganized at end…but fun running through zoo. Water, oranges, choc bar and animal crackers at end.

08.01 – Easy 4 miles with even breathing and no stops. Finish strong last 1/2m.

08.02 – First day back with hubby. Treadmill@6.7. Gym = hot 😦

08.03 – Treadmill run with hubby at gym.  Although I didn’t initially have the motivation, the run felt easier than yesterday.
