Leave It All On The Road // 08.18.2014

Hello again!  It’s time for my weekly fitness recap!  This past week was pretty spot on for running – AND – the hubby and I  did a mini-getaway to Banff National Park and completed two amazing hikes!  I would say that not only did we leave it all on the road…but we also left it all on the trails!

08.15 – Outdoor run with hubby.  Forgot water 😦 but strong run.

08.17 – Outdoor long run.  Did NOT want to run today, thought muscles and body were too tired/heavy from 2 days of hiking, but hubby pushed us to try.  Nice and easy first 3 miles, then slowly increased speed for last 3 miles.

I don’t want to give too much away since I’m writing up a separate post from our epic hikes…so here are two teaser pics!
