Hello friends!  It’s time for my weekly fitness recap!

{ Nov 03 – Nov 09, 2014 }

Walking – 13.35 miles
Biking – 14.7 miles
Elliptical – NA
Running – 3.5 miles
Strength – 2 sessions

{ Fitness Notes }

11.03 – Stationary bike: weight-loss program (6.65 miles)

11.04 – Nice cool 47*F, but a bit windy. First run after 2 weeks off from foot injury. So far no pain (1.5 miles) + Arms, Back, & Core strength session

11.05 – Stationary bike: weight-loss program with additional 7 min cool-down (8.05 miles) + Legs & Core strength session

11.06 – REST

11.07 – Outdoor walk: Stanley Park loop (4.45 miles)

11.08 – Outdoor walk: Stanley Park loop (4.45 miles) + Outdoor Run: Felt tight and slow. Warmer out today. (2.02 miles)

11.09 – Outdoor walk: Stanley Park loop.  It started snowing this morning so we walked through the slush. (4.45 miles)

  1. Pretty pics 🙂 I am doing well with my fitness lately. It’s a little different now with hot yoga but it’s going well. I just need to control my nervous energy eating!
