06.23 – Arms

  • Walk 3 miles
  • Tone It Up Summer Arms (3 lbs)
  • 10 Minute Stretching

06.24 – Booty & Abs

06.25 – Active Rest

  • Walk 3 miles

06.26 – Legs & Booty

06.27 – 30 min outdoor run

  • Walk 3 miles
  • 30 min run around Eau Claire (3.3 miles)

06.28 – 7.5 mile outdoor run

  • 7.5 mile run along Glenmore Reservoir

{ Jun 29 – Jul 05, 2015 }

06.29 – Active Rest

  • Walk 3 miles

06.30 – Active Rest

  • Walk 3 miles

07.01 – Rest (Canada Day!)

  • Walk 1 mile

07.02 – Active Rest

  • Walk 2 miles

07.03 – 3.5 mile outdoor run + Solo Hiking Trip

  • 1 mile warm-up walk
  • 3.5 mile run – Loop along Elbow River and around Stanley Park
  • Easy/Moderate 11.4 km hike – Johnston Canyon to the Inkpots

07.04 – Active Rest

  • 4.85 mile walk

07.05 – Stampede Road Race – Half Marathon!
